A simple, practical, and trusted guide to support you and your family's health.
Barakat Al Seha – meaning “Blessings of Health” in Arabic – began as an internal competition encouraging the PureHealth Group employees to share their healthy habits, tips, and recipes for living better every day. The name reflects our belief that good health is a true blessing — one that flourishes through consistent effort and mindful choices.
Recognising that long hours, high stress, and sedentary lifestyles can impact both productivity and happiness, SEHA CLINICS, with endorsement from the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre (ADPHC), created Barakat Al Seha book to help people reconnect with their wellbeing; body, mind, and soul. It’s not just an initiative; it’s a growing community dedicated to nurturing long-term health and sustainable habits.
In a world where modern life often leaves little room for self-care, Barakat Al Seha book offers a refreshing approach to wellbeing — one rooted in culture, community, and conscious living.
Aligned with the same vision, the SEHHI Food Programme, developed by the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre, helps the community make healthier food choices and adopt balanced eating habits. The SEHHI stamp, featured throughout this book, is your assurance that every recipe meets recognised nutritional standards.
Foods carrying the SEHHI logo are:
By choosing SEHHI-approved recipes, you can feel confident that every meal you prepare supports your health, your family’s wellbeing, and the community’s shared goal of living better, every day.
At SEHA CLINICS, our mission has always been rooted in supporting the long-term wellbeing of our community. As we look ahead, we recognise that true health is not just about treating illness. From balanced nutrition and regular movement to mindfulness and emotional resilience, these habits are simple yet profoundly transformative. It’s been a joy bringing these pages to life, and I invite you to enjoy this journey, building small habits that create a healthier tomorrow for everyone.
